Sarah Payne is an experienced Solicitor at Cocks Lloyd, specialising in Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property. With over 8 years of experience, Sarah is a key member of the Commercial Department, handling a broad mix of commercial property work including lease negotiations, commercial refinancing, acquisitions and disposals, property development, property management, and acting for investors in real estate transactions. In addition, she undertakes residential property work, dealing with sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
As the manager of the commercial property team, Sarah is responsible for providing guidance, support, and training to junior fee earners, helping to foster their development and ensuring the smooth running of the department. Her leadership and mentorship play a vital role in the success of the team.
